Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional 10-14 days in transit for delivery.
Shop Simplio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be processed, and fund will automatically be applied to your store wallet, within a 7 business days to be used for future orders.
Late or missing Store Credit
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your account again.
If you don’t see the store credit yet, please contact us.

Please specify The reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your wallet.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
